NDIS Plans Pricing Changes effective 1st July 2023

On 16th June 2023 NDIA announced changes to pricing, what are they and how do they affect you?

NDIS participant or participants representative need to understand what you are paying for any support provided under your NDIS Plan. You should be confident you are receiving value for money from your plan budget. NDIS Providers are required to make participants aware of their rights and responsibilities. Participants should be given the opportunity to discuss any changes to pricing or support.

You don’t lose support hours after the price increase

Unspent NDIS Plan funds are automatically increased to cover the cost of continued NDIS support at your current level. Any remaining budget is automatically increased to cover pricing changes to ensure continuation of funding and support hours.
